Camelot Camden Graduates Second Chance Students

On February 12 at the Salvation Army Kroc Center, nearly 40 second-chance students from Camelot Education’s Excel programs in Camden, New Jersey, earned their diplomas.

Roughly 100 people attended the ceremony and luncheon, including the families of graduates, staff and community members. The keynote speaker for the event was Keith Isam Smith, who served 38 years in prison in Pennsylvania. He is a motivational speaker who helps students not to take the same paths he did.
