Media: Camelot Therapeutic Day Schools Celebrate ‘Creative Arts Therapy Week’
In celebration of Creative Arts Therapy Week from March 16-20, staff from Camelot’s Expressive Therapy Department visited schools throughout Illinois to facilitate workshops that emphasize the many ways students can grow through art and music.
Staff worked with students at each stop to create images that were incorporated into a sculpture taken to every Camelot TDS in Illinois throughout the week, and music was recorded to be put together with a slideshow from the week.
Media outlets attended events at Camelot of Oak Park and Camelot of Bourbonnais and provide a glimpse of the Camelot Expressive Therapy Department’s busy week:
