FAQs

When does registration open?

Registration for the conference is only available online. Online registration opens Friday, June 10 at 8:00 a.m. and ends Saturday, July 30th at 12pm. The registration form is on the main page. Once you fill out electronic form and click submit, you will receive an immediate notification confirming your registration.

What is the conference check-in?

The conference check-in begins at 7:00am on Monday, 8/1 at the Aliante. Participants must first register online and then arrive to the conference venue for check-in. At check-in, registered conference attendees will receive their name badge, customized agenda, and goodie bag.

All conference attendees must register online and check-in on-site the morning of Monday, August 1 in order to participate in the conference.

Are there any registration fees?

There are no registrations fees for conference attendees.

The registration deadline for the conference is over, can I still register?

If you have missed the registration deadline of Saturday, July 30th at 12pm please contact Tanya Kyte at tkyte@cameloteducation.org.

Can I register the day of the conference?

The conference is set up for online registration only. Please register online. If you have missed the online registration time period, please email Tanya Kyte at tkyte@cameloteducation.org for possible late registration opportunities.

What is the dress code?

Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.

Where will the conference be held?

The conference will be held at the Aliante on on August 1-3, 2016.

Will parking be available on-site at the Aliante?

Yes, parking will be available in the garage or in the main uncovered parking lot at no charge.

Will food and beverages be provided during the conference?

The conference will run from 8:00am to 4:30pm. A light breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided to all participants. Beverages will be provided throughout the day. As the day is full of learning opportunities, dining off-site during the conference is not advised. Please indicate dietary restrictions on the registration form or contact Tanya Kyte at tkyte@cameloteducation.org.

Will I be able to obtain Continuing Education Units?

We will be submitting the conference attendee list to CCSD. Please contact your supervisor for more information on CEU’s.

How can I obtain the materials from the presenter’s presentation?

The presentation materials and other resources and articles will be made available on the conference portal in the Materials & Articles section after the conference. The portal can be accessed through the following link https://cameloteducation.org/pathwaystoexcellence/

Will my photo be taken during the conference?

Camelot Education takes photographs during its meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the Camelot Education and conference websites. By participating in this conference you grant Camelot Education the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.

Will child care be provided during the conference?

Camelot Education will not be providing child care services during the conference.
